Camino is just as bad in my opinion. It's another child of the Mozilla family so it uses the same Gecko engine as Firefox. Camino is slow, handles tabs poorly, leaks memory, crashes a lot...same story as Firefox. They are also very very slow at version releasing over there. Camino is nearly 10 years old yet it doesn't have any revolutionary features or anything. It's just a more Mac focused browser than Firefox but if it didn't exist tomorrow, it would be no loss.
The only browser worth its salt on Mac is Safari. It's easily the best browser I have ever used. While Safari is a better browser, Firefox is a better piece of software because it goes beyond web browsing..
Omniweb is also quite good but I have never properly got to grips with it. Shiira is a very interesting Japanese developed browser that handles tabs in its footer as thumbnail previews instead of standard tabs in the header and uses quick tab previews. Quite innovative but a bit unstable.
You're not a Mac user, are you?
